Privacy Policy
Cookies
We collect cookies – but not the kind you dip in a hot drink. Our cookies are delicious bits of information that you leave on our site as you visit us. Think of them as digital breadcrumbs!
Contact and donation forms
If you submit a contact form, we will store a copy of the submitted form including your email address, IP address (for spam protection), the contact form subject line, and the message. But donĀ“t worry – we only use this information to get back to you.
Please also note that if you choose to donate to us, your name, the amount you donate, the date of donation, and the comment you leave with the donation will be visible on our page.
Who we share your data with
Rest easy – we do not share your data with third parties without a separate consent from you.
The only exception is the contact form. We received a lot of spam so we had to install reCAPTCHA. It is a spam protection tool by Google that uses fancy AI to detect humans from bots. It is in our legitimate interest to protect our inbox from spam and we hope you can relate. You can read more in Google’s privacy policy.
How long we retain your data
We store the contact form data indefinitely. This makes it possible for us to refer to earlier communications with you in order to serve you better.
What rights you have over your data
You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, except for the data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
We store our data on servers provided by Multim Oy and located in Finland.
Changes to this policy
Any changes we make to this privacy statement in the future will be posted to our website. Please check back frequently to see any changes.
